WINEMAKING : The grapes are harvested by hand and is arranged in small boxes and left to dry naturally for about 2-3 months. After this period, the grapes are pressed and the must is placed in small oak barrels. Stays there for at least five years.
NUMBER OF BOTTLE PRODUCED: 1.500 of 0,375 lt.
ALCOHOL : 17 % vol.
It is a perfect wine to accompany desserts with its aromas of dried fruit.
