VARIETAL: 90% Garganega, 10% Trebbiano di Soave
PRODUCTION ZONE: Alpone Valley in Verona
VINIFICATION: 3 hours of maceration in CO2 rich atmosphere and fermentation at 14-16°C.
MATURATION: In stainless steel for at least 3 months.
TASTING NOTES: Light straw yellow colour. Aromas of white flowers and yellow fruits with note of sage. Good balanced between acidity and minerality with a fresh finish.
FOOD PAIRING: Appetizers, fish and light dishes or as apperitif.
PRODUCTION: 15.000 bottles (750ml)
