PRODUCTION ZONE: Veneto, Verona, Mezzane

VINTAGE: 2011

VINIFICATION: the grapes are selected during the year and the drying process is long and natural; the fermentation occurs at low temperature.

MATURATION: 24 months in oak barrels of 500 Lt and 12 months in bottles.

TASTING NOTES: red color, fresh and elegant but also long and persistent .

FOODPAIRING: redmeats, roastsandstews, game.

PRODUCTIONS: 14.000 bott/750 mL

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18°C

ALCOHOL: 15,50%

YELD PER HECTAR: 25 hl

TRELLIS SYSTEM: guyot, 5000 vines per ha
