VINIFICATION: late harvest with slight drying period and fermentation in stainless steel.
MATURATION: in stainless steel for 12 months.
TASTING NOTES: Red ruby colour. At nose very fruity and clean, with cherry notes and spicy hints, medium bodied with soft tannins.
FOOD PAIRING: pasta dishes and cold cut sandwiches.
